WARRANTIES

At the option of the Buyer / requirement of the Seller, the Buyer will take the Dog to a licensed

veterinarian for a thorough exam within 3 days from the time of purchase. Any implied health warranty

is void if the Buyer does not make a vet visit within the prescribed period of time, even if the visit is

optional. Provided the Dog is returned to the Seller within 7 days of purchase, and the Buyer furnishes a

signed statement from a licensed veterinarian of a medical problem, a full refund will be given to the

Buyer within 7 days of return. The buyer is responsible for returning the puppy, and all puppy belongings

that went home with the puppy, as well as all paperwork (microchip, registration, medical record) All

puppies are sold as quality family pets , we do not use labels like pet or show quality and can not make

guarantees as to adult size/color of puppy, over/under bite, and ears standing. The future temperament

of this puppy is not guaranteed. Not covered-- internal or external parasites, injury, allergies, heat

exhaustion, or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia or Low Blood Sugar can be caused by stress(new home),

improper diet a missed meal, being chilled, or too much energy being used during the day (playing too

long at one time). Your puppy needs time to adjust. Don't make it sick by playing with it too much. Please

remember to allow your puppy time to rest, it is just a baby. Dog is guaranteed for the first year against

life threatening genetic defects. If dog is diagnosed with a life threatening genetic defect making him/her

unsuitable as a pet before 1 year from date of birth, it will be replaced with another puppy, no refunds are

given after the initial exam. If dog is found to have any life threatening genetic defect you must notify us

immediately and supply us, within 5 days of diagnosis, with your veterinarian’s written report. We reserve

the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice. When the puppy is replaced

it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as available, after the Puppy and all papers have been

returned to breeder. Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the breeder or this

guarantee is void. Buyer understands that the following slight defects are not considered life threatening

and therefore are not covered—hernias, undescended testicles,under or over bites. Because luxating

patellas and collapsing trachea can be caused by injury, they are not covered after vet’s initial exam. .

Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are life threatening and are

attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. Communicable diseases

are not covered after your veterinarian’s initial exam. Failure to follow the veterinarians recommended

medical advice and/or treatment will void this warranty. Death: In the event of death, an autopsy stating

the cause of death would be required before a replacement puppy can be sent.
